We actively participate in principal investment on a proprietary basis and commit capital to our own investment funds alongside our clients. Depending on the particular situation, we may also co-invest together with our clients and funds in certain projects and companies. We have strong links to private sector enterprises across a wide range of industries, government entities and state-owned enterprises, as well as global and local financial institutions enabling us to form a solid and attractive deal pipeline.

We target opportunistic investments focusing on growth capital. We aim to assist our investee companies to develop their businesses, including balance sheet restructuring, pre-IPO business expansion capital and also those targeting IPO. We also seek out opportunities to invest in companies with strong growth profiles and sustainable competitive advantages. For all our investments, we adopt an investment strategy to manage our risk exposure and guarantee the success of our investments.

We adopt a flexible yet professional approach with our investments allowing us to invest throughout the whole capital structure including common and preferred equity, convertible bonds and mezzanine debt. As a principal, we are motivated to execute the investment cleanly and quickly. Upon completion of our investment, our experienced management team, with our finance and entrepreneurial background, works with our investee companies in adopting efficient and effective value-enhancement strategies, such as balance sheet restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and IPO, with a view of maximizing returns on our investments.
